If you want to get a refund and return the product, please send us a message as soon as possible after receiving the product to email@example.com.
We will send you a return label for free and we'll guide you through the entire return process.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased a product from us and your product must have arrived damaged in which you can choose to have your order reshipped or provide you with a full refund.
To complete your return, contact our customer support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you decide to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
After the 12 hour period, we are unable to cancel your order.
Warranty Returns (if applicable)
Mi Amor Memories will happily honor any valid warranty claims.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Mi Amor Memories to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will be sent a new replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
